Derived from www.openehr.org Use to describe the structures visible during direct laryngoscopy and indirectly to indicate the likely difficulty of laryngeal intubation. This archetype has been designed to be used within a variety of ENTRY archetypes - for example an EVALUATION for a summary statement about intubation difficulties, or ACTION.procedure when recording a performed intubation. The position of the head and other relevant information will be carried in the ENTRY archetype.
